Abstract：To accurately efficiently assess video quality variations during transmission，a lightweight videO quality assessment algorithm that integrates three metrics，real-time performence，fluency， clarity，is proposed.Non-intrusive lightweight feature extraction modeling schemes for each indicator are designed respectively.Then，the feature fusion is employed to achieve a comprehensive evaluation real-time video quality.Experimental results show that the proposed algorithm achieves excellent performance holds good practical application value.
