Abstract:Thisarticle providesanoverviewof various technologiesapplied inthefieldof bluebery preservation both domesticallyand internationally,including low-temperaturestorage,controledatmospherestorage,coating preservation, and plantesentialoiltreatment.Itofersadetailedintroductiontocommonblueberryprocessed productscurrently availableonthemarket,covering multiple categoriessuch asblueberrywine,jam,and beverages.Furthermore,it elaboratesonthecurentresearchstatusofthesemajorproductsinermsofprocessing technology,includingkeyresearch directionsandachievedresults.Theaim is toprovideareferenceforthedevelopmentof China's blueberry industry in preservationandprocessing,andtoassst inenhancing thecomprehensiveutilization eficiencyandindustrialaddedvalue of blueberries.
