Cliffwall simulated cultivation technology for Dendrobium officinale‘TaihuNo.1'

Abstract：【Objective】Toaddressthetechnicalchalengesoflowsurvivalrateandunstablequalityincliffwallsimulated cultivationof Dendrobiumoficinale，andtopromotetheappicationof thenew cultivar'Taihu No.1'.【Method】Using Dendrobiumofficinale'Taihu No.1′ asmaterial，single-factor experiments were conducted to investigate the effects of diferent seedlingacclimationperiods （tisue-cultured，six-month，and one-yearseedlings），attchment methods （cable clip，cable clipandmoss，orcable clipwith Selaginelltamariscina），and water-fertilizer management （misting frequency， fertilizer type）ontransplantationsurvivalrate，biomassaccumulation，andpolysaccharidecontent.【Result】Theoptimal cultivationprotocolwasachevedbyusingsix-monthaccimatedsedlingsdirectlyatachedtotheclif，supplementedwith 15-minute daily misting and compound Trichoderma fertilizer during the growth period.This approach resulted ina survival rate of 96.31% ，an average fresh weight of 9.92 g per clump，and a polysaccharide content of 35.08% in dry stems.

【Conclusion】Asetof keytechniquesforcliffwalsimulated cultivationofDendrobiumofficinale'Taihu No. 1′ was developed，whichsignificantlyimprovesthesurvivalrate，yield，andqualityprovidingreliabletechnicalsupprtfore industrial development of Dendrobium offcinale in Danxia landform areas.

石斛为石斛属（Dendrobium）多种药用植物的总称，为中国传统名贵药材[1]，其中，福建规模化栽培以铁皮石斛（Dendrobiumofficinale）为主，入选福建省道地药材“福九味”、三明道地药材“明八味”，是用于制作石斛夜光丸、石斛浸膏溶液、石斛明目丸、石斛清胃散等传统中药产品的重要原料[2]。（剩余6968字）
