Abstract：【Objective】To fully exploit the germplasm resources olong teaand provide diverse new breeding materials for the development rock tea.【Method】This study selected three famous bush oolong teas -′ Liulanxiang'， 'Dahongmei'and‘Zhuangyuanhong'—as experimental materials，with 'Huangdan’serving as thecontrol variety（CK）. Botanical traitsthe tea plants were systematicallyoserved，followed byqualityanalysisafteroolong tea processing. 【Result】Analyzed from thephenophase theseobjects，tallthreeresearch subjects were later than the control variety 'Huang Dan’（CK）.Among them，the phenological period‘Dahongmei'wason average17days laterthan CK，which wasthe earliest among the three.'Liulanxiang'was the second，and'Zhuangyuanhong'was the latest.Byanalyzing the biochemical components theolong teaproducedfromthetargetobjects，thecontentL-theaninefrom hightolowis as follows：'Liulanxiang'（ 11.40mg/g ，CK 9.80mg/g ），‘Zhuangyuanhong'（ 6.56mg/g ），and'Dahongmei'（ 2.25mg/g ）. In terms catechincomponents，thecontents EC（epicatechin），ECG（epicatechingallate）andC（catechin）from Dahongmei is 10.15mg/g 22.63mg/g and 0.99mg/g ，respectively，and weresignificantly higher than that'Liulanxiang'， 'Zhuangyuanhong'andthe CK group.Analyzing the CAF（caffeine），the contents ′Liulanxiang'，'Dahongmei' and 'Zhuangyuanhong'is 23.55mg/g 16.41mg/g and 15.89mg/g ，respectively.And the contents both the former two are higher than that CK.The sensory evaluation scores are in the following order：'Liulanxiang' > 'Zhuangyuanhong' >CK> 'Dahongmei'.【nclusion】Among the three famousbush oolong teas，'Liulanxiang'exhibited the highest quality， followed by'Zhuangyuanhong'.
