Abstract:In recent years,the levels of organic amines in industrial wastewater and domestic sewage discharges have commonly surpassed the alowable limits.This has not merely exacerbated water pollutionbut has also exerted a severe influenceon human health.Within the scope ofcurrent research,considering the issues likesubstantial reagent consumption,intricatedetection procedures,and high costsassociated with conventional methods fordetermining organic amines,a novel chemiluminescence detection technique for organic amines based on a new type of microfluidic chip was put forward. The microchannels of the chip with a compound structure were devised,and comprehensive design research was conducted from multiple aspects ,namely mechanism analysis,chip fabrication,system design,and experimental validation.Experimental results demonstrated that during a6O-second test,theoutput voltage remained stable at 173mV ,with an error margin less than 2.4mV . The experiment validated the feasibility of the detection system.The research on the chemiluminescence detection technology of organic amines has furnished technical backing for water environment detection and holdsacertain degree of promotional worth.
