Co/In 掺杂多孔炭活化过硫酸盐氧化环己醇制备环己酮

Abstract:To addressthe safety risks related to the storage and transportof oxidants used in theselective oxidation of cyclohexanol to cyclohexanone,where hydrogen peroxide serves as the oxidant,a suggestion is put forth.This involves the establishment of aselective catalytic oxidation system that employs persulfates as the oxidant.Here,Co/In bimetalic doped porous carbon catalyst(Co/In-NC)was prepared using ZIF-9 asa template,and the structure of the catalyst was characterized.The performance and mechanism ofCo/In-NC activated peroxydisulfate (PDS) in the selective oxidation of cyclohexanol to produce cyclohexanone were thoroughly investigated.The results indicated that the catalyst,at a concentration of 100mg⋅L-1 ,reacted at for 2 hours, achieving a cyclohexanol conversion of 53.3% and cyclohexanone selectivity of 99.4% .Moreover,the selectivity remained above 90% after three cycles of the oxidation reaction.The reaction was consistent with the zero-order kinetic model. The reaction proceeded through various reactive oxygen species (ROS) including hydroxyl radicals ( ⋅⋅ OH),superoxide radicals (⋅02-) ),and singlet oxygen (102 ). The redox cycles of Co3+/Co2+/Co0 and In 3+ / (202 In0 effectively activated the PDS,ensuring high conversion of cyclohexanol to cyclohexanone with high selectivity.
