Abstract:Thesubmarinepipelinerecoverytolisthepreferrdpipeline liftingequipmentforsubmarinepipelinemaintenance. Withthestelballtypesubmarinepipelinerecoverytolasanexample,animprovementmethodforthepassbilityof themain insertiontolthroughthestingerandanoptimizationdesignschemefortheadaptabilityoftheremotelyoperatedvehiclewereboth proposedbasedonpracticalaplicationsinsubmarinepipelinerecoveryengineeringByanalyzingthecouplingefectbetweetemain insertiontolandthestingerrolerbox,amechanicalquilibrumquationwasstablishd.Tesignbasisforteimproementofte mechanicalguidance mechanismof themaininsertiontoolwasobtained.Byadding modifieddesigns,includingabalancecraearm HOTSTABquick interfaceandautomaticdocking mechanism,theadaptabilityandworkeficiencyofremotelyoperatedvehicleswere improved.Thenwsubmaineppelineecoverytolhaspasedthirdpartywitesedtestsandfieldtrialsoftefactorydvancingthe level of above-water maintenance technology for submarine pipelines.
