Abstract:Toaddressthechalengeofmixedoilinterfacetrackinginlong-distanceoilpipelies,amixedoilinterface trackingsheme basedoback propagation (BP)neural network wasproposed.Aneficientandaccurate mixedoilinterface tracking model was constructedandtrainedwithhistoricaldata.Itsstructureand parameters wereoptimized.Itsabilitytolearnandmapthecomplex nonlinearrelationshipsofthemixedoil interfacewasenhanced.Themodelwasvalidatedwithadomesticoil pipelineasanxample. Theresultsshowthatthedevelopedmodelefectivelypredictsthearrvaltime,position,andlengthofthemixedoilinterface, significantly superior in tracking accuracy and adaptability to different operating conditions.
