Abstract：Thecorosioncausedbyhydrogensulfide（H2S）innatural gasthreatens thesafeoperationofmetalpipelinesandequipment. Evenminorproductqualitydefectsorconstructionflawsmaylead toserioussafetyincidents.Thetargetedqualitymanagement objectivesandmeasures covering thewholeprocessoftheprojectwereproposed，including preliminaryplaning，project implementationandfinalhandoveradaceptane.Cricalqualitycontrolpointsandstandadizedmethodologiesforall phaseswere analyzedandspecified，incudingdesign，construction，acceptancetesting，andoperation.Significantguidancewasprovidedfor controling and enhancing the overall qualityin hydrogen sulfide-containing natural gas pipeline engineering.
