Abstract:Thetinhole-n-monoboreelltechnologyforofshoreoildrillngisanadvanceddrllingtechniquethatsharessingle conductor.However,uringtesufacecsingngprocessintwinole-nmonobrewels,coliaduingesistaebtw thetwocasingfrquentlycursouslyetingdillingenyBsedontedifrenalquationoforeholetrajectydte Frenetmovingframe,thispaperpreciselycharacterizedtherelativepositionalrelationshipoftheresistancesectionandestablisheda calculationmodelfortheinitialcontactpositionandcotactlengthofthesurfacecasing.Meanwhile,thecontactpostionrelatioship andtherunningmechanicalbehaviorof tecasingstringintheobliqueverticalsectionandtheinclinedsectionweredeplyanalyzed, andaflexuraldeformationmodelofthecasingstringduringrunningwasestablished.Themodelwasverfiedbasedonthemeasureddata ofCH6-H1andCH6-H2well,demonstratinggoodaccuracy.Furthermore,aumericalanalysismodelforcasingruningresistance was establishedusing ABAQUS finite elementsoftware,revealingtheinfluence characteristicsofconductordeviation,anulusgap, couplinghamfering,conductordameterstructureandsingleconductorlengthocolisionbehaviorduringcasinguing.Tisfored asetofmethdsforaalyingtheinfuencepatesofollsionanduingresistancofsufacecasingintwinoleinmoobreells. Finaly,preventivemeasuesagainstsurfacecasingcollsionereproposedfromthreeaspects:preventingconductordeviationand maintainingstraightness,optimizingtheconductor’sinnerdiameterstructure,andadjustingthecouplingchamfer.Thesefindings provide a beneficial reference for the construction of the same type of well groups.
