进口温压和管道传热系数对超临界CO2管输特性影响研究

Abstract:This paper builds a one-dimensional pipeline flow model of supercritical CO2 based on the continuity equation,momentum equationandeergquationndsdiestheifluenceofteinettmperatureandpressureandeattransfercofcientofpielines on supercritical CO 2 pipeline transportation characteristics.The results show that as the inlet temperature increases,the drops in temperatureandpressre,andthesafetytrasportationistancealongtepipelinesallgrow.Aditionalythedcreaseamplideof temperatureandpressureincreasesanddecreasesrespectivelywithteisingiletpressure.Tere isanotialvalueof iletpressure for the safe transportation distance,and too high pressure willaccelerate the transformation of CO 2 to the subcritical state.As the heat transfercoeffcientof pipelinesincreases,alongthepipelines,thedecreaseamplitudeof temperatureandpressreincreasesand decreasesrespectively,with thesafe transportation distance showing atendencytodecrease.Fora 2OO kmsupercritical CO2 pipeline, the inlet temperature of more than 65 , inlet pressure of 10MPa ,andheat transfer coefficien ⩽1.0 W(m²·K) can ensure that the safe operation of CO2 is in the supereritical state throughout the entire process.
