Abstract:Atpresent,mostofthenaturalgaspressurediferenceutilizationprojectshaveadoptedasinglestageexpansionprocess, whichmayhaveproblemsschaslowoperatingiencysmallwergeneratio,andigequirementsforquipmentsistaeto lowtemperatures.Tosolvetheaboveproblems,tepresue-volumediagamwasusedtodescribethetheralchangeprocssofnatural gasinthesingle-stage expansionprocessandthemulti-stageexpansionprocessThesinglestage expansionproessandhemultistageexpansionprocessmodelswereestablishedbyHYSYSsoftware,andthediferencesbetweentheexpansion processswere comparedfromthespectsofoutputshaftpower,heatingpower,andcoldenergyutilization.Theresultsshowthattheoutputshaftpower oftheexpanderinesinglestageexpasioproessislargertantatintheprocsofatingbeforeexpandig,uttecoditionof coldenergyrcoveryisnotavailable.Whentheintermediatepressrevalueofthemultistageexpansionprocesisonsistentwithth constantexpansonconditioteproesspeforanceiseter,ndeoutputsaftpowerofteexpanderislos,hichisoducive totheselectionoftegeneratorsetwiththsaeistaledcapacityandconvenientforthesubsequentmaintenanceandmaintenanceof the equipment. Under the conditions of upstream natural gas supply pressre of 4 MPa, temperature of 20∘C ,flow rate of 15000m3/h downstream natural gas demand pressure of 1.5 MPa,and temperature of 5∘C ,the two-stage expansion process is relatively better in terms of power generation,heating power,and heat source selection.The daily power generation is 7124kW⋅h ,heating power is 284 (204号 kW ,andtheeatsourcecanchosecirculating water.Onlyoneexpanerisaddedcomparedwiththesingle-stage expansionprocess.he research results can provide a theoretical basis for the utilization of pressure difference energy of natural gas.

天然气作为一次能源,其污染量和碳排放量远低于石油、煤碳等传统一次能源,因此天然气仍是实现我国“碳中和”“碳达峰”目标下油气田企业实现降本增效的重要抓手。(剩余5431字)
