Abstract:Basedonthecharacteristicsofteinstalltionofsubseapipelineswithhelicalstrakesindeepwateroilandgasfields,a pioneeredistaltintcholgyforsubseapipeliswitelicalstrakssdveloediCna.Tooptizethstalationpr, studywascondutedtoinvestigatethecompresiveperfomanceandinstalltionefciencyofhelicalstakesduringSshapedsubsea pipelineinstalltion.Atestingschemewasdesignedtoassessthepassigperformanceofelicalstrakes throughrollrsThetest involvedtwoscenarios:staticpassingthroughlongiudinaltansmissonolerswihoutlayingtensionanddynamicpassngthroughsten andstingerrolersuderlyingtesion,smuatingthactualtresconditiosandmovementprocesssofteelicalstraks.estudy verifiedteasibilitofttallotcsesdeitistalalaedald causesof installaiondamageandfactorsaffectinginstallaionefiencyBasedonthefindingsotimzationstrategiessuchas reinforcingteartingdptiingjoitcoctios,onrolingtetesionofidingstraps,ndiplemetingaualoatio modewereimplemented.Thesemeasuresnotonlyefectivelyreducedthedamagerateofthehelicalstrakesbutalsoimprovedthe instalationefiiencyofsubseapipenes,providingnwtechnalsolutionfortheinstalltinofsubseapipelineswithlicalstrkes in deepwater oil and gas fields.
