Abstract：This article introduces Professor YU Minfeng'sclinical experience in syndrome diferentiation and treatmentofpediatricticdisorders.ProfessorYUbelieves thatthecore pathogenesisofpediatricticdisorders isabnormal movements of tendons and vessels due to liverdeficiency，oftenaccompanied by insuficiencyof the spleenand kidney， and is prone to being complicated bysecondary syndromes such as heat-fire and blood stasis.In clinical practice，the treatmentprinciple focusesprimarilyontonifyingand nourishing the liver，supplemented bymethods to fortify the splen（earth）to promote the liver（wood）and enrich the kidney（water）to nourish the liver（wood），combined with purging fireand resolving blood stasis when necessry.Acupuncture and Chinese herbal medicine can be used in combination toachieve the goalsof strengthening theroot vitality，clearing the superficial pathogenic factors，activating the qi movement，and achieving equilibrium of yin-yang，thereby resulting in the cessation of tics.
