Abstract：The theory of sinew and bone balance is an important academic concept proposed bythe representative schoolof Chinese Medicineorthopedics，Pingle GUO's Boneseting.This theory plays asignificant role in guiding the diagnosisand treatment of musculoskeletal injuries in Chinese medicine orthopedics.The neck balance adjustment method，basedonthetheoryof sinewandbone balance，is suitable forthe treatmentofcervical-related diseases.This study explores theetiologyand pathogenesis of cervical spondyloticradiculopathy（CSR）from the perspectiveof the interactionand influence between sinewsand bones，and discusses the mechanismof theneck balanceadjustment method in treating CSR.This provides theoretical and practical references for Chinese medicine treatment of CSR.
