Clinical Experience of FU Yunqi in Treating Cervicogenic Tinnitus

Abstract：Based on years of practical experience integrating clinical practice， teaching，and scientific research in acupuncture，Profesor FU Yunqi has innovatively established adiagnosis and treatment system characterized by "simultaneous treatmentof theneckandear，andconcurrentregulationof tendons andbones".He is particularlyskilled inusing the microneedle knifetorelease myofascialtriggerpoints inthecervico-ocipitalregionand integrating mutiple traditional Chinese medicine therapies such as acupucture，periauricularflash cupping，and electroacupuncture for the comprehensive treatment of cervicogenic tinnitus.During the authors’apprenticeship with Profesor FU，systematic clinical observationandcase discussions proved highlybeneficial.Thisarticle systematicallysummarizes hisacademic experience in treating cervicogenic tinnitus from three aspects：pathogenesis analysis，diagnosticand treatment characteristics，anda typical case record，aiming to provideareference for the clinical treatmentofthis condition.
