Abstract：HUANG Qingming believes that thecore pathogenesisof enuresis in children lies in“immobilityof the central axisanddysfunctionof thefourdimensions”，highlighting thatthe spleenand stomacharethe pivotofascending anddescending movementofqiand thedysfunctionofliver，heart，lung，kidneyandotherviscerais thecrucial point of pathogenesis.The treatment should folowthe principle“regulating the pivotal mechanism of the middle energizer andharmonizingqi movement withinfoursymbols”，forming theholistictherapeutic plan“rotatingthepivotopropelthe wheels withrestoring circular movements as theguiding principle”.This articlesummarizes HUANGQingming's clinical experience in treating enuresis in childrenand provides new insight inclinical practice withone verified clinical case.
