Discussion on Dynamic-Static Mind-Regulating Method Based on Body-Spirit Holism Theory for Female Stress Urinary Incontinence

Abstract：In traditional Chinese medicine（TCM），the theory of "body-spirit holism" posits that female stress urinaryincontinence（SUI）isadisorderafecting boththe"body”and the"spirit".Itspathogenesis isprimarily atributed tothe brain，kidney，and the conceptionand governor vessls.Guidedby the therapeutic principleof simultaneous regulation of bodyand spirit，this approach advocates a comprehensive treatment strategy using the "dynamic-static mind-regulating method."Treatment involves acupuncture at head points and lumbosacral points of the conception vessel，as wellas pointsof thegovernorvessel，toregulatethe spiritandconsolidate thebody.Concurently， practices such as Dantian breathing techniques，pelvic floor muscle training，and Mawangdui Daoyin exercises are prescribed to guide the bodyand anchor the spirit.Furthermore，thearticleemphasizes the importance in clinical acupuncture practice of prioritizing needling sequence，depth，andthe application of "alternativecommunication" point combinations to enhance the therapeutic value of acupuncture in treating female SUI.

压力性尿失禁（SUI是影响女性生活质量的常见疾病，以在咳嗽、喷嚏、大笑、运动等腹压增加情况下出现遗溺现象为特点，常见于阴道分娩、高龄妊娠、肥胖和产次增多的患者。（剩余7460字）
