Lishui from January 2O21 to October 2O24 were selectedand divided into the electroacupuncture groupand the combined

group by the random number table method，with 4O cases in each group.The electroacupuncture group received

conventional rehabilitation therapy and dense-sparse wave electroacupuncture，while thecombined groupadditionally

received Tongdu Tiaoshen moxibustion on the basis of the electroacupuncture group.Clinical efects，imaging index

values，severity scores（needling sensation，sphincter management，light touch），neuroelectrophysiological index

values [peroneal motor nerve conduction velocity（PMNCV），ulnar nerveconduction velocity，tibial nerve conduction

velocity],andneurobiochemical indexvalues[neuron-specificenolase(NSE)，neurotrophin-3(NT-3)，malondialdehde (MDA)] were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.
