Abstract：Through literature retrieval and analysis，this study explores therelated mechanismsand clinical applications of mind-regulating needling in the treatment of urinary incontinence（UI）.It summarizes that mindregulating needling in thetreatmentof UI，may work byregulating functions of thecentraland peripheral nervous systems to enhance coordination betweenthe detrusorand urethral sphincter muscles；alleviating negativepsychological states such as anxietyand depression；and modulating relevant hormone levels to promote urinary function recovery.As a safeand effective Chinese medicinetherapy，mind-regulating needling addresses UI through multi-target and multipathway mechanisms，demonstrating significant potential forbothadult UIand infantile enuresis treatment.This review provides a theoretical foundation and practical guidance for its clinical applications.
