Abstract: In this paper,the ligand ABX was prepared by condensation reaction coumarinaldehyde and pyrene hydrazone.The probe hascompletelydiferent UVandfluorescence responses towards Cdand Cu,respectively.Competitive experiments showed that the presenceCu²+ interferes with the Cd+rcognition performance byprobe ABX, and the substitution reaction between Cu2+ andABX-Cd²produceed a more stable ABX- Cu2+ complex.Therefore,the recognition performance ABX-Cd² complex for Cu2+ was investigated. The results showed that the probe ABX-Cd2+ could ientifyCu2 with high selectivity and sensitivity,and the fluorescence responseeficiency was significantlyimproved from 68. 71% to 96. 25% compared with that Cu2+ directlyidentifiedbyABX.The“test paper” theloaded probe ABX-Cdwas orange-red under ultraviolet light,and then the fluorescence was graduallyquenched after being immersed in Cu2+ ,so it was successfully applied to the semi-quantitative detection Cu2+ in tapwater and industrial wastewater.Inaddition,theleters writen withABXsolutiononthesilicagel wereyellowish greenunderultraviolet light and then became orange-red after applying Cd2+ ,and the fluorescence was completely quenched after continuing to apply Cu2+ ,which was suitable for application in the field encryptionand anti-counterfeiting ink.Most importantly, The probe ABX- Cd2+ has also been successfully applied to the bioimaging studies intracellular Cu2+ :
