Research on the Coupling Coordination of Synergistic Networks of “Standards + Certification” Regional Quality Brand: Taking Made in Zhejiang as a Example

Abstract: [Objective] The study aims to explore the interaction and coordination mechanisms between standards and certification networks in regional quality brand development under the "standards + certification" framework. [Methods] Using data from 11 prefecture-level cities in Zhejiang Province (2016–2023), standard and certification networks are constructed based on stakeholder collaboration, and their interactions are analyzed via a coupling coordination model. [Results] Standard networks outperform certification networks, with coupling coordination improving from moderate level to good level. Network centrality and cohesion are key drivers of coordination. [Conclusion] This study provides a networkbased perspective on the interaction between standards and certifications, advancing regional brand theory and supporting the "standards + certification" model in practice.
