Designing a multi-path interactive virtual simulation experiments system for thoracic trauma nursing

Abstract：Based on thoracic injury nursing knowledge and skils，this study developed a virtual simulation experiment comprising three nursing-focused modules ： admisson emergency nursing， assessment & emergency nursing for hemopneumothorax，and discharge care，integrating 10，34，and 4 interaction points，respectively. The admision emergency nursing module establishes three scenario pathways，while the hemopneumothorax assessment & emergency nursing module designs four pathways，collectively constructing a multi-path，multilevel virtual simulation teaching system.This approach breaks through limitations of traditional thoracic trauma emergency training，innovating nursing experiments，and enhancing clinical competencies.
