Cloud storage data integrity verification method based on consistent hashing

Abstract:To address the Matthew effct and polarization of resource alocation caused by massive and imbalanced data distribution during integrity verification,this study proposes a cloud storage data integrity verification method based onconsistent hashing.Dividing cloud storage data into distinct blocks within a hash ring space and sampling partial data forverification significantly reduces thevolume of verified data.The sampleddata is mapped ontoa Chord ring to identify verification nodes,which receive hash value requests.By combining recomputed hash values,the system analyzes thecloud storage data hash consistency,thereby completing integrity verification.Experimental results demonstrate substantially reduced computerresource consumption and enhanced data security. These findings indicate promising application prospects in cloud storage data integrity verification.
