Abstract：Effctive utilization of natural resources and value realization of rural ecological products constitute pivotal components forrevitalizing rural industriesand advancing high-level conservation with highquality development in rural areas.Recent academic research explores natural resource capitalization and ecological product value realization from diverse perspectives.This study systematicaly reviews existing literature through content analysis and inductive synthesis：（1） theoretical logics and practical approaches to natural resourcecapitalization，（2）mechanisms and pathways for rural ecological product value realization，and （3）stakeholder-driven models for the realization.It further analyzes unresolved research chalengesand proposes future directions for theoretical refinement and practical application in rural ecological product value realization.
