Abstract: To meet the teaching and research demands for direct torque control (DTC) technology in electrical automation disciplines,an experimental platform for DTC systems of asynchronous motorswas developed,utilizing a digital signal processor(DSP)as the controler.The platform integrated miniaturized hardware into a portable experimental enclosure,enhancing flexibilityand mobility.MATLAB/Simulink enabled model-based design and simulation,with automatic code generation ensuring seamless deployment to the DSP controller.Real-time motor operation monitoring was achieved through a PC -based interface.This system demonstrated efective DTC implementation with excellent control performance,user-friendlyoperation,and compact dimensions.
