【Abstract】Ojectie：Texploreteefectofcognitiebehavioralintervetionbasedonintegatedcareofmedicieandnursingocar diacfunctionbloodpresureandreatmentefectofpatietswitcoroaryeartdiseascomplicatedwithhypertesion.MthodsIthis study，0OpatintsioroaryeartdsasecomplicatedipetesionoeretreatedfromJaary2toeceberere selectedanddividedintothecontrolgroupandtheobservationgroupbyrandomnumber ablegrouping method.Theroutinenursingcare wastakeninthecontrolgroupandtecognitive-behavioralinterventionbasedonintegratedcareofmedicineandnursingwasprovidedin theobservatiogoup.Teadacfuntionidexes（inludingleftventricuard-dastolicdameter，ftvetriculard-systolicdaer andleftentricuarjectionfractio）bloodpresseidexesincudingastolicbloodpresureidexsandsstoliclodpresed xes）andtreatentctserecomparedeteentetwogoupsResults：Teleftentricularnd-diastolicdmeter，leftverlardsystolicdiameter，eftvtrularectofractioastoliclodprssureidesdsoicloodprssureidexsineation group were better than those in the control group（ P<0.01 ）.The total efctive rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group（ P<0.05）. Conclusion：The cognitive-behavioral intervention based on integrated care of medicine and nursing has an ideal effectinthetreamentofpatientswithcoronaryartdiseasecomplicatedwithhypertension，hichcanefectivelyimprovethepatients cardiac function，stabilize the blood pressure and enhance the therapeutic effect.
