【Abstract】 Objective：To study the effect of health management model of Internet + combined with family supervision on rehabilitation effect，copliancebehaviorandqualtyoflifeinpatientsithcoronaryartdisease.Methods：Atotalof9Opatientswithoroaryheart diseasewereprospectivelyselectedandrandmlydividedintoanexperimentalgroupandacontrolgroupytherndomnumbertablemetod，with45asesinachgroup.Theonvetioalcommuityanagementinterventioasonuctedinthecotrolgrouphilealth management intervention of Internet + combined with family supervision was taken in the observation group.The rehabilitation effect[using theHealthPromotingLifestyleProfile（（HLP-I））]compliancebehaviorqualityf ife[usingtheShortFormHealthSurvey（SF-36） andtheincidenceofcardiacadverseeventswerecomparedbetweenthetwogroups.Results：Aftertheintervention，thesoresofachdimension in SF-36 in the two groups were higher than those before the intervention（ P<0.05，P<0.01 ），and the scores in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group（ P<0.01）. The total compliance rate of medical compliance behavior in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group（ P <0. 01 ）. The scores of all dimensions of HPLP- I in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group（ P <0.01）.The total incidence of cardiac adverse events in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group（ P <0.01）.Conclusion：The application of health management model based on Internet + combined with family supervisionhasasignifcantfectonthenursingcareofpatientswithcoroaryheartdisease，hichcanbeconducivetotherhabilitationofthe research objects，improve their medical compliance behavior and qualityof life，and reduce cardiac adverse events.
