【Abstract】ObjectiveToexplrethefectofnetworkinformationnursingmanagementmodelonchildrenwithnephrosis treatedwith umbilicalmoxibustion.Methods：Atotalof9OpatientswithnephrosistreatedwithumbilicalmoxibustionfromJanuaryO21toDeceber 2023wereselectedasthesearhbects.Accodintoteandomzeddouble-blindmethod，teyerediviedintoecotrolgoupand thestudygroupwith45casesinachgroup.Therenalfunctionindexesincludingurinarymicroalbumin，bloodureanitrogen（BU）and serumcreatinine（Scr）]qualityof ifeusingthShortfoHealthSurvey（SF-36）]，ursingcompancefhildren，remsiod currenceoftediseasewerecomparedbetweenthetwogroupsbeforeandafternursingcae.Results：fterursigcare，theindexsofurinary microalbumin，BUN and Scr in the two groups were better than those before nursing care（ P <0.05），and those in the study group were better than the control group（ P<0.01）. The nursing compliance of children in the study group was higher than that in the control group （ P<0.01 ）.After ntervention，thescoresofeachdimensioninSF-36，theremissionandrecurrenceofthediseaseinthestudygroupwere better than those in the control group（ P<0.05，P<0.01） . Conclusion：The nursing management model based on network information can effectivelacetfuctioofdredueeevelofalfuctioidicatsproeualityofifeofcdrecee self-management ability of their family members，and slow down the diseaseand reduce therisk of diseaserecurrence.

小儿肾病综合征（NS）是由多种因素导致的肾小球通透性增高，使得蛋白质渗透到尿液中，并伴随着尿液一同从机体中排出，该疾病的主要典型表现为水肿、低蛋白血症等，尽管已经进行积极的治疗，但是仍旧未能完全消除，特别是在停药之后，还会出现复发的情况，并且复发概率较大[]。（剩余5641字）
