Current situation and influencing factors of humanistic caring ability of student nurses

【Abstract】ObjectiveTunderstandtheurensiatoandinfluecingfactorsofhmansticaingabilityofsudentursasto provideareferenceforursingmanagersatallevelstofoulatestrategiestoimproveteumanisticcaringabilityofsudenturse. Methods：FromMay223toJuly223，weusedtheconvenientsampling methodtoselect429studentnursesasas theresearchojectsand theywereinvestgatedyusinggeraliforatioquestoaianduse'shumasticaringblitinentoryeintegoupee wascomparedbymeansofTTestnalysisofrianceandanksumtest.Results：Thescoreofumanisticcaringabiltofudenturses was （ 115.00±16.87 ）.The results of multiple linear regresson analysis showed thathaving received training inhumanistic practiceability orhumanisticcare，gherdegreeoffailycareandorecarfromteachingursesreteinfluencingfactorsofhumanisticpracticbility of intern nurses （ P<0.05 ）.Conclusion：The humanistic caring ability of student nurses needs to be improved. Hence hospital managers shouldforulatetargetedtraiingprograstoupgdetheumanisticcarigabilityofsudentnursesayatentiontoteimprontof theirhumanisticcarewareessnduildantegratedfmilyho-ospitalumanistictraingodesostosstematicallpoee humanistic caring ability of student nurses.

人文关怀的目的是倾听患者，了解患者的情绪，与患者沟通交流，感受生命的价值，以此建立治疗关系的能力，它强调对“全人”的关怀，而非单纯关注患者的身体状况[1]。（剩余8507字）
