【Abstract】Objective：Tounderstandthelvelandinfluencingfactorsofcompletionabiltofundergaduateandjuniorcolegeusing studentsinYiancitospialthoghostioalsueytovidfereefolcalspialsteted reserve nursing talents.Methods：FromJune2O24toFebruary2O25，theconveniencesampling wasusedtoselect331undergraduateand juniorcollegestudentursesfromdiferent typesofhospitalsinYinchuancityastesurveybets.TheCompeteeScaleforNursing Students wasused toconductasurveyandthestisticaldata wasanalyzedbySPSS27.Ostatistical software.Results：Among331nursing students，tesoresofcompletionabityscalewere28.O（175.O239.o）.Intesinglefactoraalysis，genderandsatifctioih clinical teachers had statistical significance on the completion level of student nurses （ P<0. 05 ）.Conclusion：The completion ability of studentnurses isatamediumlevelandtescoreofhandlingstressisthelowest.Genderandsatisfactionithclinicalteachersaeekey factorsaffetingtelevelofclinicalcompetenceofsudenturses.Targetedmeasuressouldbetakeninthesetoaspectstopovete completion ability level of undergraduate and junior college nursing students.
