A Study on Dilemma and Path of Diversified Food Supply System in Hunan Province from Perspective of Concept ofGrand Agriculture

AbstractBuildingadiversifiedfoodsupplysystemcanensure the total amountoffoodsupply，adapttodiversified food consumptiondemands，and promote the transformationof theagriculturalfoodsystem.Bysystematicallsorting outand analyzing relevant policydocuments，academic literature and statistical data，thecore measures of Hunan Province in the process ofbuildingadiversified food supplysystem，aswellas thecurrentsituationand limitationsoffood supply anddemand from the perspectiveofconcept of grand agriculture are deeplydissected.Further strategic suggestions for the constructionofadiversified food supplysysteminthefutureareput forward.Data shows that Hunan Province has achievedremarkable accomplishments in enhancing domestic grain self-suffciency，ensuring astable supplyof key agricultural products， integrating into the global agricultural product trade system，and promoting theconcepts of grand agriculture and grand food.However，atpresent， there are stillchallenges such as the mismatchbetweenthe supplyand demand structure of agricultural products，the single foodconsumption pattrn，the imbalance in the geographical distributionof agricultural product production，andthe low degreeof diversification in agricultural product processing.
These factors have restricted the further improvement of the diversified food supply system.The conceptof grand agriculture should beadopted to coordinate the productionof grain and important agricultural products，optimize he structureoffoodproductionandconsumption，broadenfoodsources，rationallyplanproductionareas，extendtheentire agricultural industrialchain，makeoveralluseofdomesticand international resources，and improvethediversified food supply system.
