Effects of Water-Soluble Fertilizer Combined with Acidification Preparation on Photosynthetic Characteristics and Quality of Cabernet Sauvignon Wine Grape

Abstract Theefctsof aminoacid water-soluble fertilizercombinedwithdifferentamountsofacidifierson the photosyntheticcharacteristics and fruit qualityof grapes were systematically investigated.Theresults showed that with the gradual increaseofthe applicationamount of acidifying agents,the improvement effctofT2(11:4)treatment was the best. Compared with CK,it significantly improved the appearance quality of fruits (13.45%- 42.61% ), endogenous quality ( 18.94% 38.27% ),and photosynthetic characteristics ( 56.12% 240% ). Correlation analysis indicated that with the increaseofacidifyingagentdosage,thephotosyntheticcharacteristicsofgrapevineswereenhanced,andatthesame time,thecorrelation betwen mediatingand fruitqualitywas positivelyand significantly corelated.Therefore,the appropriate dosage of water-solublefertilizers andacidifiers canbean efective means to maintain soil health,improve the photosynthetic performance of crops and enhance crop quality.
