AbstractTo explore the effects of applying differently treated manureon thegrowthof wheat and the physical, chemicalandmicrobial propertiesof soil,and toevaluate theapplicationvalueof physicochemical decomposition promotiontechnology in theutilizationof livestock and poultry breeding waste as fertilizerand the improvementof farmlandsoilfertility.Through pot experimentsofwheat,thephysicaland chemical indicatorssuchaswheat yield,soil organic mater,andtotalnitrogen,theactivitiesofenzymessuchasureaseandinvertase,theutilizationcapacityof soil microorganismsforcarbonsources,andthebiologicalcharacteristicssuchasfunctionaldiversityofdiferenttreatments wereanalyzed.The results showed that compared with conventional fertilization (CF),the fast-decomposing manure fertilizers RCM II and RCM I increased yield by 49.2% and 41.6% respectively. RCM II and CCM could increase the contents of soil organic mater,total nitrogenandavailable phosphorus,while RCMIwould lead to soil nitrogen consumption.Fast-decomposing manure could inhibit urease activity and reduce nitrogen loss,among which RCM I continuously enhanced soil invertaseactivity.The treatment offresh manure and fast-decomposing manure enhanced the carbon source utilization capacityof soil microorganisms,and the microbial functional diversityof RCMI was significantly diferent from thatof other treatments.Therefore,fast-decomposing manure (especially RCMII) is an efective fertilization strategythatcan notonlypromote highcrop yieldsbut also maintain soil health,and it has good application and promotion value.
