Path and Countermeasures for Innovative Transformation and Development of Ningxia's Milk Industry Driven by Digital Economy

Abstract As thecoredriving forcefor industrial innovationand transformation，thedigital economy isdeeply empowering the high-qualitydevelopmentofthemilk industryinNingxia.Basedonthegeographical advantages and industrialfoundationofNingxia's"Golden Milk Source Belt"，thecurrentsituation oftheinnovativeand transformationaldevelopmentofthemilkindustrydrivenbythedigitaleconomyissystematicallyanalyzed，itspractical achievements ininfrastructureconstruction，full-chain digitalization，businessmodel innovationand policysupportare revealed，andatthesame time thepractical botleneckssuchastheshortcomingofidustrial chaincollaboration，the constraints of green transformation and external competitive pressure are dissected.Specific paths are proposed for the digitaleconomytoasssttraditional dairyfarms intheir inteligent transformation，precisenetworkedmarketingof enterpriseand theshaping of high-endgreen brands.Also，countermeasures for the deep integration of the digital economyand themilk industryare put forward from five dimensions including policy promotion，5G infrastructure， characteristic services，baseconstruction，and ecological construction.Through technological penetration，model innovationand ecological synergy，themilk industryinNingxia is graduallachievingatransformationand leap from traditioal breeding todigitalizationandinteligence，providingareplicablepracticalmodelforthehigh-quality development of the dairy industry in the northwest China.
