Simulation analysis of the influence of the simplified barrel model on the temperature field of the outer wall of barrel

Abstract:Inorder toanalyzetheinfluenceofthesimplifiedbarelmodelonthetemperaturefieldsimulationvalueof the outerwallofbarel,Inthispaper,thebarreltemperaturefeldofthebarrelduring6successionfiringroundsand3-miute aircolingissimulatedbyusingeoversimplifiedbarrelmodel,theslghtlysimplifedbarelmodel,thebarelmodelofincreasingthefrontwallthicknessandtebarelmodelofreducing thefrontwallthickness.Theresultsshowthattheaxialvariationofthetemperaturechangeruleoftheouterwallofthebarrelobtainedbysimulationwithoversimplifiedbarelmodelis inconsistent withthemeasuredresults,buttheaxial variationofthetemperaturechangeruleoftheouterwallofthebarrel obtainedbysimulationwithslightlysimplifiedbarelmodelaccordwiththemeasuredresults,oneofthereasonsforthehig estemperatureoftheouterwallofthebarelisonthefrontofbarrelattheendoffringisthatthefrontsectionofthebarrel isthin and the back section is thick.
