Abstract:Levelness isan important parameterof shipmount.Aiming atthe synchronous measurementof multiplemounts in mooring state,adiferentialwirelessmeasurement technologyof mountlevelnessisproposed.Using thepositionsymmetryof the mountsensor,the measurement errorcaused bythenon-paralelism between the measurement planeof theinclination sensorandthemountplaneiseliminated.Using thecombinationofatomicclockandconstanttemperaturecrystaloscilator, theclocksynchronizationofthemeasurementsystemintheclosedcabin isrealized.Theshiprollangleisdeterminedbya symmetrical sensorinthetransversesectionoftheship,andtheinfluenceofshipdeformationonthemeasurementresultsis eliminated.Theexperimentalresultsshowthat thediferential wireless measurementtechnologyofmountlevelnescanrealize the synchronous measurementof shipmulti-mountlevelnesswithhigh precision,andithasbeen testedandverified intheactual environment of a shipyard with good results.
