Abstract：Inordertopushforward“The ThirdOfset Strategy”andenhance theabilityof globally integratedoperations，the U.Smilitaryproposesall-domaincommandandcontrol（JADC2）.JADC2owns14abilitiesin4aspectssuchasjointall-dmainsituatiocognitio，ointall-domainidedecision，jointalldmaicommandndactionontrolaswellsjoitalldomainsupport.Inorder tosystematizethesecoreabilities inJADC2，theU.Smilitarydevelopssupportingtechniqussuch asadvancedsystemstructure，operationcloud，militaryinteretoftings，military5Gommunication，bigdataanduport ingsystemsfromtheU.Smilitary multiservice.Inthefuture，theU.Smilitarywillpromote theabilityconstructionofJADC2 using the ways of four-side developing，combat verifying and AI energizing.
