Abstract：Aimingattherequirementofrobustshiptargetrecognition，multi-source informationfusionrecognitionisaneffective solution.This paper proposesa trusted decision level fusionship target recognition method basedon improved Dempster-Shafertheory.Inthismethod，theproblemofdeterminingtheinitial confidencefunctionisaddressdbyusing HRRP andSARrecognitionresults，informationentropy，andtrustdiscounttocomprehensivelydetermine theinitialconfidence function.Aquantitative evaluationmethodforuncertaintyindecisionlevelfusionresultsbasedonarithmeticmeandensityfusion is proposed.Theexperimental verificationresults show that through the decision level fusionof HRRPand SAR data， this method achieves a ship target recognition accuracy of 93.12% ，which is superior to existing methods.It has achieved quantitative evaluationof recognition results，which objectively meets the needs of practical applications.
