Study on Han-Tibetan Sports Cultural Exchange from the Perspective of Consolidating the Sense of Community for the Chinese Nation

TAO Guanghua’，CUI Lequan²，GENG Xianwei¹ （1.Institute of Physical Education，Xizang Minzu University，Xianyang 712o82，Shaanxi，China; 2.School of Physical Education（Main Campus），Zhengzhou University，Zhengzhou 45oo01，China） Abstract：Basedonthehistorical backgroundofforgingastrong senseofcommunityforthe Chinese nation，Han-Tibetan sportscultural exchanges，asanimportantpracticeforpromotingethnicinteractionandcommunication，havedeephistorical rootsandcontemporarysignificance.Drawinguponthetheoreticalframeworkof thePatternof Diversityin Unityofthe Chinese Nation，thisstudysystematicallyinvestigatesthehistoricalevolutionandcompletehistoryof Han-Tibetansportscultural exchanges.Thestudydemonstrates that Han-Tibetansportsculture has established mechanismsofsymbolicidentity，emotional conection，institutional integrationandvalueconsensusthroughpracticalapproachessuchasthesharingofsymbolic artifacts，themutualexchangeofcompetitiverules，andtheinteractioninfestiveandceremonialativities.Itsvaluemanifests in deepening inter ethnic trust through embodied practices，fostering spiritual consensus through shared cultural traits and strengthening communitybelonging withritualized performances.Facing theNewEra，thestudyproposespractical pathways to depen ethnic“Exchange，Communicationand Integration”and buildasharedspiritual home forthe Chinese nation.These pathways include improving policyframeworksandlegalregulations，enhancingcoordinateddevelopmentmechanisms，building innovative cultural symbol systems，and establishing multidimensional communication platforms.
