心血管疾病(cardiovasculardisease,CVD)是全球主要致死病因,遗传机制在其发病中起关键作用[-2]其中神经前体细胞表达发育调控样蛋白4(neuralprecursor cell expressed developmentally down-regulated4-like,NEDD4L)基因编码的E3泛素连接酶通过调控细胞信号转导(如 -catenin和MAPK通路)、内质网应激及代谢稳态,在心血管病理过程中发挥双重作用[3-5],其单核苷酸多态性(如 rs4149601 )与南非人群耐药性高血压易感性相关,可能影响抗高血压药的疗效[6-7];而蛋白表达异常则通过介导心肌细胞凋亡、炎症反应及脂质代谢紊乱,参与心肌肥厚、动脉粥样硬化等病理进程[8-9]。(剩余14453字)
