Alldataeredownloadedfromthegeneexpresionomius.Teprotein-proteininteractionnetworkwasconstructedusingtheSTING database,andthehubgeneswerefurtheridentifiedusingthecytoHubbaalgoithminCytoscape.ROCanalysiswasusedtoevaluatethe diagnosticeffcacyofhubgenes.TeCBERSORTalgorihmwasusedtoanalyzetheinfilrationofimuecells,andtheSpeaanank corelationanalysisiRftareasusdtoexploeecoelationbetwnteidtfiedbiomarkersndteifiraingiecel. Finally,weconfidthexressonofthcentalgeeinfacllsyplasmidtransfetionResultsoughdiferentialexpeson analysis,7iteseoitillyxpredesredutductiolntalyiodateily relatedtotheimmuneresponse-regulatorysignalingpathwayCFPwasidentifiedasaubgneandverifieditheGSE28829dataset. Immunocyte infiltration analysis showed that CFP was positively correlated with CD8 + T cells,regulatoryTcells,resting dendritic cells, macrophageM2ndactivateddenditiccels.TheresultsofplasmidransfectionshowedtatCFwashighlyexpresedifoamcelshich wasconsistentwithoforatisanalysis.ConclusionThisstudyconfisthatCFmayplayakeyoleintheournceanddevelopnt fatherosclerotic plaques,and opens up newideas for further studyofthepathogenesis of atherosclerosis 【Keywords】Atherosclerosis;Macrophage;Bioinformatics;Plasmid transfectior
