【Abstract】Migraineiscommonneurologicaldisorderandpatentforamenovale（PFO），asacommoncongenitalheartdisease，as gameredsgnifcantatentionfoiselatioshipwitmgraine.Tiseviesummarsteepidemiologicalasociatiosetweennd migraine，ederlyingpathophsiologicalehansmndterapeuticftsofFOtasatetercourefoigaie.Sudihae shownthattheprevalenceofFOisignfcantlyigheramongpatientswithmigrainewithauracomparedtohegneralppulatiodthe presenceofright-tolftsuntaessocatedithtefrequencyandseverityofmigraineatacks.ImagingsudieshaverevealedtatO patientsareorelikelytoavehitematerlesionsandabomalisinbrainfunctionalnetworks.AlthoughPFOranscatheterclosurehas demonstratedtherapeuticefectsonmigraineinsomecasestudies，theesultsofrandomizedcontroledrialshavenotbeensatisfactory， suggesting that further validation of its therapeutic effect is still needed.
