【Abstract】ObjectiveStableangina pectoris(SAP)isoneofthemaintypesofcoronaryheart disease.New methods forthe prevention,earlydiagnosisandtreatmentofSAPeededtobeexploredclinicalyandthresearchtoachievethisgoalfocuothe discoveryofnewbomarkers.MethodsInthisstudy,3Opatients withSAP(SAPgroup)and30patientswithoutcoronaryarterystenosis (CON group)wereselected.First,UHPLC-QE-MStechnologywasusedtodetectserummetabolitesinbothgroups,ndthenmultiariate stiticalanalysisandpathayanalysisereusedtoevaatetechangesinserummetabolicprofiles.ResultsOP-Aanalyisidetfed significandiferencesinteserummetabolicprofilesbetweenSAPgoupndCOgroup,nd26diferentialmetabolitesereentified. Pathwayaalyisfoundtattseieretialetablteeoldineretabolismidativerssuieetablidotr metabolicpathways.ConclusionBycomparingtheserummetabolicproflesofSAPgroupndCONgroup,26potentialbiomarkersand 7 metabolic pathways were identified,which can be used to guidethe prevention,early diagnosis and treatmentof SAP.
