Evaluation of the Relationship Between Changes in Vascular Endothelial Inflammatory Phenotype and Endothelial Function in Hypertension Based on Aortic Histopathology and Circulating Biomarkers

【Abstract】ObjectiveToinvestigatetheasociationsofmacrophageinflammatorymarkersandendothelialfunctioninhypertensive patients.MetosUsingoticsufromhertesivepatintsdertesieouseoelsmufuorescetogsudto detectheexpresiofacopgesdiflamatorctodslarngeperintseredctedtvaatedolistolic function.96patitsdagosdwithhpertesatTeFstAfliatedHospitalofSunYatsnUniversityfroctoerOtDber 2022wereeolldnerlalracteristsecodpresivelsof8torctosiame usingliquid-phasesuspensionchiptechnology，andtheendothelialfuctionofthebrachialarterywasevaluatedusingflo-diated vasodiltio（FTorlaiotnifmaoyakrsdasexplodoSpeaancorelaonoeffcitels ComparedwiththeealthontrolgoupertensivepatintssowdarichmentofD68acrophgesinorticisuedaese in the expression levels of tumor necrosis factor-a（TNF-a）and interleukin-8（IL-8）（ P<0.01） .The aortic endothelial relaxation function of hypertensive mice wasimpaired，thenumberof macrophagesincreased，andtheexpressionof TNF-awasupregulated（ P<0 . 001）. The bivariatepeancoeottniftoactosiepalblodohypersieptssgedatteas significant correlation between inflammatory factors （ P<0. 01 ）.In the uncorrected model，FMD was significantly negatively correlated with TNF- ∝（r=-0.252，P=0.013） and IL-8 （ r=-0.330，P<0.01） . After adjusting for age，sex，systolic blood pressure，diabetes and smoking， FMD still had a significant negative correlation with IL-8 r=-0.301，P=0.018） .ConclusionElevated levels of IL-8 expression in plasma and enriched macrophages in the aorta of hypertensive patients are associated with endothelial dysfunction.
