Preliminary Analysis of Plasma Metabolic Characteristics in Non-Valvular Atrial Fibrillation Patients via Untargeted Metabolomics ： Age-Stratified Exploratory Study

【Abstract】ObjectiveTisstudyaimstopreliminarilyexploretheplasmametaboliccharacteriticsofpatientswithnon-valularatrial fibrlltion（NVAF）.MetodsBasedonteuntargetedmabolomicanalysisusingliquidcromatogap-asspectrometrytechology comparative analysis was conducted on 31 NVAF group （ aged⩽65 years）and 31 healthy controls，as well as within the NVAF group， comparingthoseunderandover45yearsold.Diferentialmetaboliteswereerenedusingmultivariatestatistics，andmetaboicpathway analysis wasperformedtodrawconclusions.ResultsInNVAFpatientsaged≤65years，significantdiferentialmetabolies（VIP >1，P< （204 0.05，|log2FC|>1 ）were identified，showinganupregulationof phthalocyanines andasignificant downregulationof nicotinamide，CDPcholine，spingosiendaeeitermedemetaboitesatayalysisicatedattefeimetabomathaahot significant，andDeythospinganinouldsresabiomarkeExploratoryalysisftheubgoupevealedthatomparedoatis aged≥45 years， group aged <45 yearsshowed significantly elevated levelsof 1-（heptadecenoyl）-lysophosphatidylinositol andN-acetyl-Ltryptophan，andN-acetyl-Lrptopancouldactasbiomarkers.ConclusionAbnoalcafeinemetabolismmayplayakeyoleinNVF group compared to healthy controls.In patients with NVAF，the group aged <45 years may have a stronger pro-fibrotic tendency and a more significant association with metabolic syndrome compared with the group aged ⩾45 years.
