【Abstract】Hypertrophiccardomyopathy（HM）isoneoftheostprevalentcardiomyopatiesafectingchildrenandadolescntsn aleadingcauseofsuddencardiacdeath inyoungatletes.Cardiacmagneticresoance（C）isaon-ivasiveimagig techiquecoparable topathologyichnompreesivelyaatetructuefuctionloodfowndissearacteristisofteeartn importantroleinthediagnosisandclinicalinterventionevaluationofHCM.Thisartilereviewsthecommonlyusedimagingexaination methodsfrpediatricHCMandtheaplicationprogressofCMRintedagnosisandfollow-upofHCM，imingtoprovidetherefor early diagnosis，quantitative evaluation，and risk stratification ofcardiac injury in children with HCM.
