【Abstract】ObjectiveToinvestigatetheoleandpotentialinfluenceofperilipin5(PLI5)intheabormalitisoflipidmetabolism inhypoxicpulmonaryhypertensionrats.MethodsTheratmodelsof hypoxicpulmonaryhypertensionwereconstructedbymeansofa hypobaricoxygenchamberandrightventriclarstructureandfunctionandhaemodynamicindexesreasessedinoal/Pkockout miceinanormal/hypoxicenvironmentforevaluatingrightventricularfunction.TheefectsofhypoxiaandPLN5onfatyacidmetabolism wereaessedbysystemiclipidmetabolismcumulationandchangesinlocalfattcidmetabolitelevelsinteartTeectsofyoia andPLIN5ontheexpresionandactivityofkeyenzyesinfattacidmetabolismweresubsequentlyevaluatedtoexploreteotential influenceofPIN5onfattacidmetabolism.Byevaluatingthestructureandfunctionofcardiomyocytemitochondria,weexploredthe protectivefectofI5onmitochondriathoughtheregulationofattyacidmetabolism.ResultsHypoxicpulmonaryhypertesionwas asociatedwithsructuralhangsndfuntioaldifteightveticleichereaggavatedy5eficiecytat acidmetabolisitsderoaloditiosutispathonic.Inatsioicpuoaryhertesiosigcatly fattacidetabasdencdbyeoagfttcidsisdteitatiooffatycidodatiogatcid synthesisndoxidationbymodulatingthactivitiesoffatyacidsynthaseandhormone-sensitivelipase.Meanwhile,LI5canprotect cardiomyocytemitochondriafrommitochondrialdamagecausedbyabnormalfattyacidmetaboismbyregulatingfattacidmetabolis.

ConclusionPLIN5protectshypoxicpulmonaryhypertensioncardiomyocytesfrommitochonrialdamageinducedbyabnomalfatyacid metabolism by regulating fatty acid metabolism of fatty acid synthesis and oxidation.
