【Abstract】ObectiveToinvestigatethrelationshipbetweenepigeneticgeacceleration(EAA)ndtheoccurnceofmajoradverse cardiovascularevents(MACE)afterrotationalatherectomy(RA)inelderlypatientswithseverecoronaryarterycalcification(CAC).
MethodsAretrospetivestudywasconductedonatotalof2O6elderlypatientswithsevereCACwhounderwentRAatTheThirdPeople's Hospital of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region from July2O13 toAugust 2O23.The patients werecategorized into EAA + group(PhenoAge> actualage)andEAA-group(PhenoAge (204 0.619).TheAUCvaluesfortheROCcurveat1,3,5,and8yearswereO.72,.76,0.78,andO.75,respectivelyDCAresulslso demonstratedthegoodpredictivevalueofEAAforMACE,whilethecalibrationcurveindicatedahighmodelacuracy.Thenomogram visualized heriskofACEourrenceinpatients.ConclusionThereisarelatioshipbetweenEAAandtheocurenceofMCEafterRA inelderlypatintswithsevereCAC,whichcan helphealthcare providers identify high-riskpatientsandimprovepatientoutcomes.
