Abstract:Tddressthhallengeoffntitrognandposphousremoalfroculuretailwateratlowtmperatures,esed psychrotrophicdnitrfingpolyphosphateaccumulatingstransandivestigatedtheirapplicationinelculturetailwater.Atrainof AcinetobacterjuniiPL-1,agm-emolyticstrainssitivetomostantibiotis,wassreenedfromthsubstrateofelodsbyplate cultureand16SDAsequenceanalysisforitsunctioofcolddenitrificationandpolyposphateremoval.Aonewayultleveltestwas usedtoinvestigatethetotalposphorusandnitrateitrogeremoalchractersticsofthstrainAditasfoundthat:ebogen andphosphorustreatmentefectwasachievedundertheconditionsofsodiumacetateasthecarbosource,atertemperatureof15.9 C pH 6.52,with an inoculation of 1.64% ,a C/N ratio of 5.19,and oscillation speed of 100r⋅min-1 . The removal rates of total phosphorus and nitrate nitrogen reached 86.07% and 50.66% ,respectively.In the treatment of eel culture tail water,at an average water temperature of (204号 10qC and an hydraulic retention time of 2.1 days,the PL-1 strain achieved removal rates of 76.12% for total phosphorus and 46.50% for nitratenitrogen.Theresultsdemostratethatthestrainpossesssefectivepsychrotrophicdenitificationandphosphorusremoval capabilities,offering high application value and promising market prospects.
